Your team & responsibilities
You will join the B2B2C team, composed of 2 Business Developers. By integrating this team, you will drive the growth and performance of signed partnerships by maximizing value delivery, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring long-term revenue development. This is a role focused on unlocking the full potential of our B2B2C deals with partners such as Telecom Operators, Content Applications or Insurance companies.
Your missions
- Define and implement a partner marketing playbook, capturing best practices by channel (email, push, in-app, sales staff training, social media, landing pages, etc.) to standardize, accelerate, and scale co-marketing activations across partners
- Act as the main marketing point of contact for partners post-signature, ensuring smooth execution and long-term relationship management
- Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve campaign performance (usage, engagement, conversion), using a data-driven approach
- Coordinate the creation and deployment of partner toolkits, launch kits, and marketing assets to ensure consistency and impact
- Identify upsell opportunities and growth levers within existing partnerships to drive incremental revenue
- Collaborate closely with internal Product, Sales, and Data teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and product capabilities
Who are we looking for?
You are at the right place if you have
- 3 to 6 years experience in Channel Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Partnership Activation
- Experience in tech, media, or telecom environments
- Entrepreneurial mindset, execution-focused, data-savvy
- Fluent French & English required, other languages a plus
