Your team & responsibilities
You will join the Content team and will drive our Print activity (Toutabo).
Your missions

Partnership Management
- Account management: Ensure strong relationships and satisfaction with publishing partners (both French and international) through annual negotiations, contract and KPI follow-ups, and regular business reviews.
- Develop new publisher partnerships (ADD/ADL) to expand the catalog.
- Deepen existing relationships and identify new collaboration opportunities.
- Explore and implement new market and monetization opportunities.
- Support the Content team in specific publisher negotiations related to Cafeyn’s digital activity.
- Manage a team of 5 people (2 in Sales Administration, 3 in Sales Support).
- Drive motivation and ensure achievement of KPIs and sales targets.
- Oversee leave management, performance objectives, and task allocation.
- Propose and monitor the commercial and promotional action plan (B2C and B2B).
- Develop partnerships with publishers for marketing campaigns and joint promotions.
- Drive continuous improvement of the Toutabo.com website.
- Oversee the smooth functioning of workflows between tools, publishers, tech, product, and finance teams.
- Supervise CRM and website migrations in collaboration with a project manager.
- Define, optimize, and monitor the commercial budget in collaboration with the Finance and Management teams.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs): revenue, margin, subscribers, new customers, retention, churn.
- Lead B2B actions and offers (works councils, public organizations, etc.) in coordination with the Cafeyn B2B team.
- Maintain active monitoring of strategic, economic, and product trends across the industry and related activities.
- Promote awareness of subscription collection challenges and best practices internally.
- Represent Cafeyn within the partner and media ecosystem on print-related topics.
Who are we looking for?

- Proven experience in partnership management (ideally within media, publishing, or subscription industries).

Strong skills in marketing and business development (both B2C and B2B).

Experience in team management (planning, goal setting, organization).

Proficiency in analysis and reporting tools (KPIs, budgeting, performance tracking).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French; good command of professional English.
