Your team & responsibilities
By integrating the awesome team of G&A, you will be responsible for the efficient functioning of the office through a range of administrative and HR tasks. The role will contribute by providing our team with a nice, comfortable place to work and connect.
Your missions
Manage the office to ensure everything works and does what it should
That’s the office space and it’s providers
Sorting repairs and organizing maintenance
Being responsible of the Office requirements: welcoming visitors, mail, office supplies...
Happiness
Keeping our facilities in check
Be a member of the party committee
Organizing travel and accommodation
Help us remember our team member’s birthdays!
HR
Onboarding & offboarding new team members with our Talent Acquisition
Arrange onboarding/welcome packages
Final checkout when offboarding (supplies/feedback/etc)
IT
Management of IT equipment & processes
Management and preparation of user workstations
Who are we looking for?
You are at the right place if you have
Fluency in English, any additional language is a plus
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar administrative role
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
This job is a freelance opportunity, part-time : 2 days a week.
